Our service app (hereinafter referred to as "the Service App") considers the protection of user's personal information as our top priority and diligently complies with all relevant domestic and international laws related to privacy protection. We also make efforts to provide detailed explanations of the privacy protection policy to users. The "Privacy Policy" of the Service App applies to all users who use the services provided.
The services provided by the Service App can be used without registering as a member. Personal information is collected and utilized only for personalized services and various membership-based services when users have obtained consent from their affiliated organizations or groups and logged in. The Service App collects and utilizes only the minimum necessary information for service usage during the process of utilizing member information.
The Service App does not directly collect personal information through input from users. Only a minimum amount of member information is collected from users who have obtained consent from their affiliated organizations or groups. Personal information is used within the scope of the "Consent for Collection and Use of Personal Information" of the user's affiliated organization or group at the time of data collection.
The Service App does not use personal information for purposes other than those agreed upon in advance by the user's affiliated organization or group. Collected personal information is used for purposes such as providing and enhancing services, and developing new services.
The Service App generally does not provide personal information to external parties without prior consent from the user's affiliated organization or group. However, some of the necessary tasks for service provision may be entrusted to external companies, and the Service App stipulates and manages the necessary matters to ensure the safe handling of personal information by the entrusted companies.
Once the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved, the collected personal information is promptly and safely destroyed.
The Service App guarantees the user's rights specified in the relevant laws and regulations, such as the Information and Communication Network Act and the Personal Information Protection Act. Users can check their personal information and usage status at any time, and they can also request withdrawal of consent and correction of information.
The Service App securely manages personal information at a level higher than required by the Information and Communication Network Act and the Personal Information Protection Act.
In case of any changes to the privacy policy, the Service App will notify the user's affiliated organization or group in advance.
